This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the mobile application “Neir - Quit Smoking” (the “App”) developed by Dmitriy Havrilenko (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

• Apple ID Authentication: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID user identifier and optionally your name and email (only if you choose to share them).
• Profile Data: Chosen avatar and display name.
• Smoking Data: Daily smoking status (yes/no), mood, number of cigarettes, price per pack, and related settings.
• Notes: Personal entries added by the user.
• Progress: Saved days, savings, achievements, and app preferences.
• Device Data: OS, model, country, language, anonymous device identifiers (via Firebase).
• Analytics: App usage data (opens, time spent, behavior) via Firebase Analytics.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We use your data to:

• Enable core features and sync across devices
• Provide motivation, stats, and achievements
• Improve app experience and fix issues
• Send optional reminders and notifications

3. Data Storage and Security

All user data is securely stored in Firebase (Google Cloud Platform). If you sign in with Apple, your account is securely linked to your Apple ID using Firebase Authentication. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase – for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and data storage
• RevenueCat – for managing purchases and subscriptions

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with external advertisers or partners.

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored as long as you actively use the app. You may contact us to request account and data deletion at any time.
